This 10-day escorted tour of Ireland and London is the perfect way to see the Emerald Isle’s most treasured locations. Begin in the fair city of Dublin with guided sightseeing, including St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Trinity College. From the capital, you’ll drive across the open plains of the Curragh to thoroughbred county of Kildare to visit the Irish National Stud. Take photos where St. Patrick trod in Cashel and visit the historic town of Limerick on your way to Ennis. You’ll be awed by the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the 668-foot-high Cliffs of Moher on the Clare Coast. Cross the limestone plateau of The Burren en route to Galway to enjoy the cosmopolitan seaside city. Join us to visit our friends at Rathbaun Farm try your hand at traditional scone baking, and hear about sheep shearing and herding on the farm. Cross the Shannon estuary by ferry and on to Killorglin to join the Ring of Kerry for sweeping scenic panoramas along its 100-mile drive. Spend the night in Killarney, then continue on to Blarney, famous for its Stone of Eloquence. Travel through Cork to Waterford, home to the world-famous crystal. Tour the House of Waterford Crystal, and enjoy an Irish Coffee demonstration after dinner this evening. You’ll see the battle field of Enniscorthy, and visit Ireland’s oldest hand-weaving mill. Step back into Ireland’s early history in the 15th-century monastic site of Glendalough.
